Web Orders

All sales made through the web are final. If you are unsure of your purchase, then please contact one of our consultants and request a preview in advance. We offer free previews on all of our programs. In addition, many of our programs have online previews.

Previews

Previews are available for the specific purpose of evaluating a program for rental or purchase and may not be used for training. Preview periods are for fifteen business days. Previews are FREE to qualified corporate, government and educational customers in the United States and Canada (Canadian customers must pay for shipping). Previews must be returned at customer's expense via a traceable means (like UPS, US Mail, or FedEx). Extensions on previews are available – just call and ask.

Rentals

Rental periods are for five business days. Rentals should be scheduled for specific days. Please place your order early to avoid additional shipping charges.

Purchasing Programs

All titles are available for purchase for internal use only. The period of time allowed for rental fees to be applied toward the purchase of a program is typically 60 days.

Shipping

All titles are shipped via an insured carrier and will be billed to the customer accordingly. All previews and rentals must be returned to Enterprise Media via traceable means.

Discounts

Enterprise Media offers discounts for education, government, and non-profit agencies. Please contact us for details.

We also offer a quantity discount for multiple purchases for videos produced by Enterprise Media:

All titles are covered by the U.S. and International Copyright Laws. In purchasing a program from Enterprise Media, customers acquire only the right to use the media for the purpose of educating and training their employees, students or members.

No resale, loan or duplication rights are conveyed. Programs may not be displayed before the public whether or not admission is charged unless specific rights have been negotiated with copyright holder.
