How do I know my order is secure?

Can I pay with a purchase order?
We can accept sales to US organizations though purchase order. Please fill out the order form found at this web site with the purchase order. In addition, please fax a copy of your purchase order to 617-354-1637. We reserve the right to contact you to confirm this order.
What kind of shipping options do you offer?
Our standard method of shipping in the USA is Federal Express. (If you would like us to ship to you via the US Post Office or UPS, please call us.) You may select from one of two shipping options:
Ground Shipping - 7-10 days - $9 for orders under $395; FREE for orders of $395 or above (free shipping is only avaiable in the USA)
Standard Shipping - 3-6 days - $25.00
Two Day Shipping - $35.00
If you need your order faster, we also offer two-day or overnight shipping. Please call us at 1-800-423-6021 or 617-354-0017 for pricing. International shipping will be charged at cost. We will confirm this with you in advance of shipping.
Can I have my order shipped to a P.O. box?
FedEx cannot ship to P.O. boxes, so we prefer street addresses wherever possible. We can ship to P.O. boxes via US mail.
