    The 26 minutes of the video fly by because it’s full of well-paced, often humorous roleplays. (At times the jokes are trite, but forgivably so.) The information provided is practical and easy to learn and use, especially if the viewer is motivated by an opportunity to be in the company of a person with a disability. Overall, I rate this an excellent training investment. The video is a welcome high-quality addition to the growing collection of videos addressing disability issues. (Four Star Review)
