Workplace bullying and harassment are among the leading causes of stress-and unfortunately, lawsuits-in the workplace today. Often taking subtle forms, bullying is an insidious and destructive force. The Workplace Bullying and Trauma Institute reports that bullying is more common than other forms of inappropriate workplace behaviors.

Red shows how situations that involve harassment and bullying might be diffused. The objectives of this film are to (1) expose employees to the effects of bullying, (2) demonstrate peaceful intervention, (3) inspire employees to prevent and stop harassment.
