A Practical Approach to Diversity in the Workplace
It's one thing to talk about diversity and fairness in the workplace; it's quite another to grapple with issues day-to-day, face-to-face.
Just be FAIR teaches a practical, proven tool that can be used to build cultural competence - the F.A.I.R. Approach!
The F.A.I.R. approach (Feedback, Assistance, Inclusion and Respect) equips employees at every level to broaden their definition of diversity and build positive, productive relationships. Power scenarios demonstrate what to say and do when cultural differences impact jobs and working relationships.
The F.A.I.R. Approach stands for:
- F - Feedback
- A - Assistance
- I - Inclusion
- R - Respect
This program introduces the F.A.I.R. Approach as a practical way to improve an organization's cultural competency. This approach can be used as a tool to build more positive, productive relationships at work that will help employees make better decisions that impact the overall productivity of the organization.
Just Be FAIR consists of two videos that can be implemented individually or together for a truly comprehensive program!
