About

Sexual Harassment can be a difficult topic to discuss, yet it is vital for your employees to be aware of what constitutes illegal behavior. The Sexual Harassment Quiz (the original version) is a set of 28 scenarios involving behaviors that occur in the context of an office setting. Individuals are asked to judge each scenario on the degree to which they believe them to be considered sexual harassment or not. Attorney Jonathan Segal then reviews each scenario with a studio audience, explaining which are examples of sexual harassment and why.

This program covers issues such as “Quid Pro Quo” as well as the Hostile Workplace. It also provides insight into the “grey areas” of Sexual Harassment.
